Top Kolshi says he regrets the murder of the victim in Bayca, Lipjan: He was on my property and he attacked me.

Top Kolshi, suspected of the murder and burial of Enver Bajraktar, Bayica in Lipjan, at the hearing held on August 13th 2025 at the Foundation Court in Pristina, said he did not intend to kill the victim and that the victim had been on his property and had attacked him in [...]
Under the Court's decision to appoint the detention measure, provided by “Justice Trust“, Kolshi has declared he is sorry for his work done, broadcasts Periscope.
And I'm sorry for the family of the deceased and the deceased, I have no reason to kill him, and I'm sorry. He was on my property and he attacked me on my property”, he was quoted as declaring Kolshi, reports “Justice Trust”.
The decision reportedly says that the defender of the suspect Kolshi, lawyer Halim Shala, has proposed that psychiatric examination be conducted against his defenders.
We object to the prosecutor's request for the detention measure, since this move has to do with my client's safety because of reports they have with the victim's family after living in the same country, let it remain as such at this stage with the proposal that during this period a psychiatric examination be made to Mr. The Kolshi, with which the state of mental effect will be confirmed and argued objectively, respectively, to prove that at the time of the conduct of the same criminal work, he was able to understand his actions”, Shala's statement was quoted.
In this regard, prosecutor Arben Hoti has said he would take into account the defence announcement regarding the possibility of submitting a request for a psych examination and demanded from the defense that, if they possess previous health documents of this nature, they hand over to the Prosecutor.
According to the Court, there is doubt that between August 3rd 1600 and August 4th at 12:10 in the village of Bice-The Commission of Lipjan, defendant Kolshi due to preliminary disputes, deliberately and in co-ordination with unidentified persons, now deprive the late Bajraktari of life.
It says that Enver Bajraktari, about 4: 00 p.m. on August 3 p.m., has left his home sending his pasture bag to the country's meadows, where the same one is then hit with strong tools on his head and body and then stands down. Then, his body is dragged several meters through a corn - planted field, removed several corn roots, dug a hole that is over three feet [1 m] deep inside, and covered with boards.
All the time, the hole was covered with soil and corn roots were restored. Family members then researched the village, and on August 4, 12:10, they found the victim's body without life.
So for these actions, Kolshi allegedly committed a joint criminal act “grave murder” by Article 173, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.5 of the Penal Code.
Kolshi is also suspected of criminal acts “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 of the Penal Code. All of this because he had knowingly and deliberately held a Zastava - type weapon and 50 shellings in his home.
The decision also says that the analytical report on security camera images confirms the fact that the victim was launched in the direction of the country called the maize “ara”, and the defendant's movements initially near the victim's cousin's home and then went to the site called corn “ara”.
In the verdict that has provided “Justice Vow”, it is said that the statements by witnesses Q.B., Q.B., and A.B., have reportedly explained that the victim with now had disagreements about 2 years ago and that on the critical day he went out with cows and was not reported.
Meanwhile, from the autopsy report it turns out that the victim had body injuries and has resulted in the agony of death.
Regarding the actions, Kolshi is said to have been in the police station, and so has the hearing session.
Thus, the Constitutional Court has concluded that considering that Kolshi has been informed of investigations into him, the new age, the impunity of criminal work, and the fact that he is unmarried, there may be a danger of repeating the work and fleeing.
The Court has also found that, given the weight of criminal acts and the circumstances under which it is suspected that Kolshi has committed criminal work -- the hiding of the lifeless body, which was later found buried, conditioned the appointment of the detention measure.
The ruling also states that the criminal past and the defendant, who turns out to be having two powerful indictments, and one of them (November 25th 2024) has to do with criminal acts against life and body, in which case it is believed that the victim was exactly the late Bajraktari.
On August 4th, police reportedly found a body buried in Bayca of Lipjan and suspected of serious murder. The following day, on August 5th, the prosecution announced that the victim's body was identified, which had been reported missing the previous day. On August 12th, however, it became known that suspect Top Kolshi was arrested.
