Albanian National Council ( KKS) in the Presevo Valley has reacted sharply to the decision to appoint four people from the Serb community, including one of Vranja, in the Tax Administration in Bujanoc, where Albanians make up about 63% of the population.
According to National Council Chairman Enkel Rexhepi, the move represents a clear case of discrimination and exclusion of Albanians from public and institutional life.
Rexhepi's reaction says that continuing the exclusion of Albanians from employment and representation in Republican public institutions testifies that the government is not respecting the constitution, laws and agreements reached, including the Conchul Agreement, the 2013 7-point Plan and the integration plan of members of the Albanian national minority in the public sector for the period 20232026.
Rexhepi announces that the issue will address even international factors, calling it a clear example of discrimination against Albanians in Bujanoc. /Periscopi/
