Kimete Berisha: Vjosa Osmani tonight had to ask for help from the psychiatrist

Publicist Kimete Berisha has reacted sharply against Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, following her request for interpretation by the Constitutional Court concerning the constitution. She accuses the president of tolerating the influence of a Serbian judge named as dangerous to national security by Kosovo's own institutions.

According to Berisha, it is for Judge Radomir Lalban, who is accused of crimes by Serbia, and who according to her, “also has cigarettes”, but is still continuing to exercise the post in Constitutional and decide on the fate of the state of Kosovo.

It criticises Osmani that, although he has been aware that such a judge is dangerous, he has chosen to expect interpretation by an institution that, according to her, is already in the hands of those who have sabotaged Kosovo.

“President Osmani has submitted to the Constitutional Court's decision because he has heard what interpretation he expects. And she decided to step down because justice in Kosovo does not,”, she adds.
