Kica-Jali reacts after Basha's election: Tragicomed With Consequences to the State

Through a social networking post, Kica-Jeli has stressed that although staying on the right side of history remains essential, it does not ease the pain caused by the political irresponsence of opponents.

The LDK MP has added that, although politicians come and go, it is their actions that leave lasting traces on state institutions:

“Fudge, we go and come, but the state remains the stain of those who pump down the political scene to tragicity. ”

Its response comes in the wake of a string of criticism from opposition representatives who have named Dimal Basha's appointment as a reflection of the degradation of institutions and a lack of seriousness in government. For the LDK and other parts of the opposition spectrum, Basha's election is seen as symbolic of the decline of political standards in Kosovo. /Periscope/
