The announcement issued by KFOR reportedly discussed KFOR's continued support for the security situation in Kosovo, regional stability and facilitated dialogue by the European Union between Belgrade and Pristina.
“in this context, Major General Bardoniti reaffirmed KFOR's commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all communities. He also praised the professionalism of the Northern Macedonia contingent and expressed gratitude for their precious contribution to KFOR and peace and stability in the region, stressing the importance of close co-operation and partnership between KFOR and North Macedonia”, the report said.
