KEDS, in the quality of the Transmission System Operator, urgently announces all customers locked up at every level of tension within the distribution network for the very important announcement as follows:
In accordance with the announcement of the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) of August 13th 2025, starting August 16th 2025, KEDS has been legally forbidden to allow the continuation of electricity supply for consumers who do not have valid agreements with a licensed supplier. This obligation stems from paragraph 7 of Article 39 of the Law on Electric Energy and Article 8 of the Rule for the Change of Supply.

To preserve the stability and integrity of the electromagnetic system, on August 16, 2025 KEDS will break off the distribution network all consumers who do not have an active supply agreement.
If you haven't signed contracts yet with a Z-enabled supplier THREE, you must do so without delay to avoid power supply cuts.
This process constitutes a legal obligation as part of energy market liberalisation reforms, according to the ZERC guidelines and must be implemented fully. KEDS does not provide electricity-power supply services, our role is exclusively limited to the distribution of electricity and we are obliged to implement all ERE decisions.
The immediate failure to act will result in downloads from the network.
