Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has announced that he has handed over criminal charges to Serbia's Parliament Speaker, Anna Brnabiq, for the criminal work of inciting national, racial and religious hatred.
Kamberi announces that this criminal gossip has been handed over along with colleagues MP Ahmedin Scrielj and Minela Calender.
“And we heard the call Allaha Ecber and other disgusting things” had declared Serbian Parliament Speaker Anna Brnabiq, at the press conference following the first several days of protests in Novi Pazar”, Kamberi suggests.
According to him, this is a sentence that stigmatizes Islamic religion, the identity of Muslim Albanians and other communities that share the same faith, balming and associating with the disgusting “ ”, with “at”, with the “alien” within a state that has not yet emerged from the trauma of the aggressive nationalism of dealt 1990.
Kamberi suggests that this action is not political but is a call for justice.
He adds that hate speech cannot remain only political issues or public morality, primarily the issue of legitimacy and justice. /Periscopi/
