Kadrij: We have no vote for the government, Kurti, we were about to form government by the former opposition.

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP (AAK), Time Kadriy, is accusing newly elected Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha of acting contrary to the country's Constitution.

A day after Prime Minister Basha announced the ninth legislature's constitutional session closed, why he was not elected deputy chairman from the Serb community's ranks, Kadrijaj says the main goal of Vetevendosje Movement is to block the course of the legal deadline for forming the government, as he has no numbers to form the parliamentary majority.

Kosovo has not established new institutions even nearly seven months after the February 9th parliamentary elections.

For this delay, Kadrijaj says the main blame is the Vetevendosje Movement, which has also come first in the election.

AAK deputy head for Kosova Prees says the Assembly has had to vote in the package by the vice-presidents from the ranks of non-most communities, not now entering an unknown judicial situation.

According to the Constitutional Court's decision, as the three vice-presidents have been issued by Albanians who have been in the package, vice-presidents from two communities -- the Serb community, but other communities -- should be voted in the package. You have seen that voting has been split, without consultation, without agreement, without negotiating that it has to be dropped at least as a motion in the Kosovo Assembly. However, these have emerged from the agenda. The second sentence has clearly said that you must return to the agenda, as set out in the first consultative meetings held among political parties before the appointment of the first session. The agenda was accurate and clear... The Vetevendosje Movement is to blame because it is the party that assumed the position of the chief parliament, but it has to do it, that is, responsibility, because even the Constitutional Court's act has clarified it: they have the right to propose, but do not have the right to block”, Kadrija claims.

According to her, LVV leader, at the same time incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, does not have the numbers to form the next government, so, as she says, is doing “Games like that in the Assembly.

The Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session was closed on Saturday by Chief Parliamentary Basha, even though in six rounds of voting none of the MPs from the Serb community was elected for deputy head of the Parliament.

Besides deputies from the Serbian List, the other Serb community deputy Nenad Rassic was in the race, but the same failed to secure votes for the post.

Only LVV deputies and non-Serb communities voted for Rashivic, while those from the PDK abstained, the LDK did not attend, while the last session lacked AAK and Initiative deputies.

Mr. Kurti will not confront himself in a session where there will be no absolute majority to be elected prime minister. All these images of the Vetevendosje Movement -- important or insignificant -- games have been made so that the blockade remains at this level, that is, at the level of the Parliament's institution and does not pass into any form of government. This period is passed and then passed on to the timetables that are set for selecting the” government, she adds.

While some of the AAK deputies voted LVV's candidate for chief parliament, Kadrijaj says the AAK did not vote on forming government Kurti III.

In this respect, she criticises the Democratic League of Kosovo, which, according to her, has proved rigid in forming the new government by the former opposition parties.

“Aleance has been clearer than all other political parties. We were for forming government by former opposition parties. So our positions have been clear in this regard and we will continue with this prism. No, we're not going to become any part of Kurti Government... If we oppose a government, namely a package, a government, or the continuation of Kurti Government, we have had to have better options and better co-operation among the former opposition parties so that we can see another government secure. And now, this rigid positioning normally enables us to have governments from former opposition parties”, she points out.

In addition, Kadrijaj wants the resignation of newly elected Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha, following the publication of the news that the same one is co-author in a work on the former Kosovo Liberation Army.

After these reports, however, Basha denied ever writing against The KLA, stressing that its contribution was limited to only one chapter for radical Islam.

The first law we would have insisted on adopting would be the law on protecting the values of war and any national value Kosovo has. The one who insults and reviles these national values has had to be sanctioned by the laws in power”, it concludes.

Chief Parliamentary Basha on Monday has called the Assembly of Parliament's Headship, but parties The PDK and LDK, represented by deputy speakers in the legislature, have indicated they will not participate.

Meanwhile, it is still not known how the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, will act in connection with the decree for the candidate for prime minister, since Basha has closed the constitutional session. /kp/ Periscope.
