He emphasises that only a diplomat or a manipulated person acting against the constitutional order is expected to establish that he considers the Assembly binding.
If read, the Constitution says the Assembly is constitutionally dedicated to the election of chairman and three vice-presidents from the first three parties to the elections, a deputy chairman from the non-Serb community, and a deputy chairman from other non-Serb communities. Without these elections met, only a diplomat or a manipulated one who acts against constitutional order is expected to prove that he considers the Assembly to be binding”, he said.
He added that Kosovo should not allow, as he called, “constitution without constitution” policy and logic, as we know where this behavior can lead us.
