In 2014, to keep it PDK at all costs in power, the Constitutional Court had become a tool of the PDK and had decided that:

1. The government could not be formed without the election winner, the PDK. If it wasn't the PDK in Government, the country had to go to the polls.

2. The nomination of the Speaker of the Assembly belonged to the election winner, the PDK, and MPs had no choice but to do so, whether by open vote, hiding, or any other form.

In 2020, the Constitutional Court turned and changed point 1 when it gave the president the right back then to mandate a government without the winner, because the winner was the Vetevendosje Movement.

In 2025, this time in several acts, the Constitutional Court again turned to a second point, where it now says only open voting is valid and even limits in just 3 attempts because the winner is the Vetevendosje Movement.

This certainly proves that the verdicts of this Court are not based on the Constitution, but are based on what party is in question.

This is not justice. This is the customer referees, the goal of providing the old guard at the table, what the people didn't give by vote.

They tried it in 2020 when they said that the people did not decide who led the government, and the people gave the answer on February 14, 2021.

They're trying to try again in 2025, and the people will still give the answer.
