The defendant is charged that by March 23rd 2025 around 20:30 minutes on the “Galip Badivaku” in Vushtrri, deliberately deprived the victim of life A.Z., shooting and hitting the victim three times in the body.
Victims A.Z., as a result of multiple wounds caused by the firearms, suffer severe lung and liver injuries by bringing massive bloodshed and immediate respiratory failure, the same changes lives in the Emergency Department at Vushtrri Hospital, as well as by shooting by the fire and defendants on public streets is threatened by other people's lives.
“During the arrest, the B.D. defendants have been found and seized the weapon with which criminal acts were carried out, and which has been in violation of Law No. 05L -022 for Guns. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has demanded from the tribunal that the defendant plead guilty to committed criminal acts, and sentence it under law”, it is said further in the statement.
