Turns up an indictment against Faton Klink because of the statement that “previously killed Albin Kurti rather than let Kosovo go”

The Special Prosecutor has handed over an indictment to Faton Klink and N.S. for climbing Prime Minister Albin Kurti during 2023 through Facebook comments. According to the indictment, on 29.08.23, the defendant F.K. “in order to intimidate and force the official person now injured A.K., in his quality as [...]

According to the indictment, on 29.08.23, the defendant F.K., “, in order to intimidate and force the official person now injured A.K., to his quality as Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, to take certain action or not to take action under the exercise of his official duty, has seized him through his personal profile at the “Facebook”, posting scriptures with threatening 48x3>.

Following public opinion reactions regarding the threat mentioned, in 30.08.23, defendant F.K. has repeated a post with the same threatening content against the injured, which says:

“... I repeat, if you find the previous post scandalous: I've killed A.K. before. I don't let him go and leave Kosovo. ”

Meanwhile, the other defendant, N.S., has executed the injured A.K through public posts on the social network “Facebook”, due to his post, referring to the threatening post issued by the defendant F.K.

Through a Facebook post, Klink from OVL and KLA had said that previously “killed Albin Kurtin” rather than leaving Kosovo.
