“I have holy war”, “I have responsibilities on this topic”, Dimal Basha, and reasons for the KLA reference article

Kosovo Assembly Chairman Dimal Basha has held today the conference following the publication in the media of a 2012 paper, where he figures as coauthor and where there have been speculations that the Kosovo Liberation Army was mentioned, Periscope follows. I'm here to show you this isn't the first time I've ever been [...]
I'm here to show that it's not the first time I as Dimal Basha and also as the movement that attacks us falsely from indefinite circles.
It's exhausting that libels don't stop, and that's why I feel a responsibility for the citizens to explain on these low charges that have been brought against me.
Me in 2012, the time when I was a student we handed in the research for publication.
At the time, I did research on the extent of the spread of fundamentalist Islam in Southeast Europe, with the focus of Kosovo. Here my responsibility for this subject ends.
My master's graduation theme also covers this part. Not a single word finds the KLA.
The same is said by the professor who worked at the university where I studied Bachelor. And which personally sent an e-mail to expose and show that I've only sent for publication the spread of fundamental Islam.
These charges and my connections with Dick Marty's report are low and serious to me, but for citizens as well.
For the record, I published a script in 2010 that called for us to fight this report. There I call on diplomacy to fight this report as soon as possible because it will cost us.
I, Dimal Basha, as chairman of the Parliament, am holy to the KLA war. I bow myself to anyone who contributed to the peace war. I want to declare to the greatest and national responsibility that it is not written, and there will be nothing that will conflict with this sacred value of our people.
For two mandates I've fought continuous battle”Basha stated, among other things.
