She said Serbia has never given up to destabilise Kosovo and that it still uses the agenda to extend its influence to any neighbouring country, especially in Kosovo's.
“We call on the prosecution immediately to treat the courses associated with Radomir Laban. So they can immediately make a decision to start an investigation if they haven't done it so far, if they've done it, make it public and show you that they're taking action from information provided by security institutions. We call on the Constitutional Court to initiate procedures for his dismissal”, Haxhiu said.
Radomir Laban is suspected to be one of BIA's associates. During 2006 it was part of Serbia's customs, official for the Agency for Intelligence. The way he was released from prison in Serbia remains enigmatic. He's been on the Interpol list for several years. Enigma also remains his appointment and stand as judge. There are close reports of Radojchi. He has, in turn, acquired unattended property and the employment of his family. Not only with Radoichi, but also the other participants in Banjska, Vladimir Radibojevici”, Haxhiu told reporters.
With this data, and three more concrete institutions that have justice institutions, the State Prosecutor, police and Constitutional Court have been reported. In view of its illegal involvement in Kosovo's election process, criminal past, financial means and real estate it receives, Radomir Laban poses a threat to the Constitutional Order and the security of the Republic of Kosovo, meanwhile, it has been summoned to the seats of the Constitutional Court since 2018, even though institutions have had information about it”, she said.
He's a person with an agenda from Serbia and manages to become a judge. So far, no action was taken and no start of procedures for his dismissal. After Osman's conference, we directly expected from the Constitution that would initiate procedures for his dismissal. They continue to take no action against him”, she said./Periscopi/
