Hasani: Vjosa Osmani tried to paralyse the Constitutional Court, losing the quorum

Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, believes President Vjosa Osmani tried to strike the Constitutional Court and paralyse it, with the sending of a request for clarification of the consequences of non-compliance within the constitutional deadline and then drew it back with the argument that the reporting judge for the case was Radomir Laban, who, according to her, constitutes the “risk. [...]
Hasani said Osmani also abused information from the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.
The AKI information does not dare to be used in public, and I see they're using these”, he said.
If you say there's danger to national security and you're suspected of working with BIA, and there's no criminal procedure against him, then t'you're abusing information to come to you officially. By law they are prohibited”, Hasani said.
Osman's request submitted to the Constitutional Constitutional, Hasani said “has been completely turned off”.
When he came out and reacted, he was seen to be deliberately and orchestrated to strike the tribunal, to paralyse it, to lose quarum”, he said.
The court would lose the quorum in the event of either the resignation or dismissal of any of the seven judges who are now members of the Constitutional.
It's obvious to me as a tear, that the whole attempt is to lose the quorum”, Hasani stressed.
