MP PDK, Nat Hasani, said it is a violation of the Constitution that is happening in the Assembly with the election of Serbian deputy leader.
Hasan referred to the division of minority vice-presidents and the short procedure initiated by Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha.
We think it's a violation of the Constitution and we expect it to go to the Constitutional Court and prove it a violation. Therefore, we ask that they not violate the Constitution”.
Hasani said his party fears elections, but that institutions must first be created to make such a decision.
