The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK ), Ramush Haradinaj, has commemorated fighters who fell on the altar of freedom during August 1998.
In a Facebook post, Haradinaj praised the sacrifice of martyrs such as Bekim Berisha abeja, Bedri Shala, Sokol Seyfiaj, Elton Zherka, Permet Voula, Jusuf Kelmendi, as well as the sons of the nation that fell on 9 August and 10 August: Agim Bajrami, Xhedin Kurtaj, Besnik Bgunca, Dean Alijaj, Aslan Rexhepaj and Muhamet Zennaj.
Vulnerable, brave, and native warriors, who before their lives established freedom of the conquered Homeland”.
