Guxo's Statovci attacks constitutional order: Constitution being rewritten

The Constitutional Court is not interpreting the Constitution. With this, he is robbing the competencies that belong only to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.

We can't close our eyes to the fact that this device is not based on any subject of the Constitution. Neither in practice nor in constitutional logic, there is no limit that a candidate for the Speaker of Parliament can only be proposed three times. On the contrary, the former judgments themselves oppose this logic.

How is it that the Constitutional Court creates a standard by forcing the number of proposals by the proposor but silent to impose obligations for the rest of the MPs? But if the Constitutional Court has begun to rewrite the Constitution, we have nowhere to turn for this clarification in Kosovo, except for the people. Democracy cannot be suspended with procedural manipulations and interpretations that fit daily policies. It has happened before, that few interest groups have taken courage to challenge a people, the epilog knows. And whoso learnth not from history, it will be repeated unto him.
