The chairman of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, sharply criticised the work of the Special Court in The Hague, as he praised, for deliberately dragging the processes and for co-operating with Serbian courts. In an interview for EO, Gucati said the processes are being conducted unilaterally towards members of the KLA, while justice is not being implemented for all, it broadcasts Periscope.
“With all the counterfeiting that is being done with the court, is working and co-operating with Serbian courts. We know what Serbian courts think of us. They always think evil. We have protested why this court is of an ethnicity, only for Albanians and KLA members, and it has not become the Special Court for all those who have fought in Kosovo -- Albanians, Serbs, Roma, Turks or anyone who has been involved in Kosovo. Justice does not know ethnicity, but the court is for all citizens of the country if they have made mistakes or violations of”, he said.
The chairman of the War Veterans' Organisation said the Special Court with specific purposes is dragging any process.
“We are witnesses watching this Court do and act. I believe defence witnesses will be 12 in the president's case and seven witnesses to Jakup Krasniqi. Kadri Veselini and Rexhep Selimi have not received witnesses. This court is deliberately dragging every process. It's doing it for certain purposes. Now, does it mean money, because they have large salaries or do it with specific purposes to cause us harm, for citizens to cause a huge disappointment or want to equate the KLA's glorious war with Serbian centiates”, Gucati said.
