I think the reason why the Constitutional Court is being attacked by power is that in the background a disappointment lies: Why don't you let us with the Kosovo Parliament block yet, Gruda said.
According to him, the right remains on the side of the Court, but the problem is that the sentence has taken a significant tool out of the hands of the rulers, “the block's version”.
“I think there is no PDK or VV reading, or others; there is only one professional reading that should become the Constitutional Court's act. Today, we have the full device of justice, with public language, we have the legal part and it will not change at any point, even when the full act of justice is published.
