Germany's parliamentary secretary visits Kosovo

The German Embassy in Pristina has announced that Johann Saathoff, Parliamentary Secretary of State with Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development, will remain for official visit to Kosovo on August 22nd and 23rd 2025. During the stay, Saathoff will hold meetings with government representatives and visit several development initiatives supported by the German government.

Under the official programme on Friday, August 22nd, it will visit the Innovation and Training Park in Prizren (ITP), an important project aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, business development and improved professional skills. The visit includes an informational session and a shift in the spaces of companies operating inside the park.

The embassy has announced that after the visit, at 3:30 a press conference will be held at ITP sites, where the Parliamentary Secretary will issue a statement and answer journalists' questions.

This visit, according to the embassy, testifies to Germany's commitment to supporting sweeping economic growth and bilateral co-operation with Kosovo.
