Germany's embassy tough with VV: politically motivated charges

Germany's embassy in Kosovo does not take for genuine institutional concern the timely denouncing immediately after declaring the Constitutional Court's Act on the constitutional session of the Kosovo Parliament that the Vetevendosje party through the fallen candidate for chief parliament, Albulen Hadziut, made to Constitutional Court Judge Radomir [...]
The lamp was approved by Albulen Haxhiu to be “National Security Risk” and called on the Constitutional Court to initiate procedures for its dismissal and for the Special Prosecutor to act on the basis of those AKI informations for which it did not reveal whether they were materialised as evidence for the Labani prosecution.
But, without-one-one-two, Haxhiu expressed greater surprise-fact security that Ljubljana is an agent of Serbia's secret intelligence services, the same Lamban who has made decisions in favour of Vetevendosje but never publicly pronounced by them what they today found to be.
Germany's embassy in a written answer to National He sharply criticises Vetevendosje's duty for the politically motivated “acza against Radomir Labani in light of the Constitutional Court Act, which he said “akus... should be established clearly and regularly in line with legal procedures”.
“as a key democratic institution in an independent country, it is vital that the Constitutional Court of Kosovo is able to carry out its mandate independently. Personal attacks against judges only because a decision is not acceptable is unacceptable and undermines the tribunal's trust and independence. The charges against democraticly appointed judges should be presented in a clear and orderly manner in line with relevant legal procedures”, the German Embassy said.
“We fully support the Constitutional Court and see with concern politically motivated accusations that undermine its effective functioning, especially at a time when parliament has yet to fulfil its duties to represent its citizens who voted more than half a year ago”, the German Embassy said.
What did the VV say?
Albulen Haxhiu at a media conference where he went out to oppose and criticise the Constitutional Court Act, which the Court is surviving in decision-making with minimal quorum, with 7 judges from 9 as far as he must have said Radomir Laban is BIA's servant and poses a danger to national security.
She said Laban “has very close reports with chief terrorist, Milan Radojic”, former Serbian List deputy and the leader of the paramilitary attack on Kosovo in Zvecan Banjsk on 24 February, 2023. “Thanks to these relationships, he has benefited from real estate and family employment”, Haxhiu said.
“With the financial tools and real estate it still receives from Serbia, Ljubljana poses threat to Kosovo's security and constitutional order”, she said./Periscopi/
