The German Embassy has declared that the Constitutional Court's decision is procedural and now belongs to politicians to act in accordance with it.
We estimate that the Constitutional Court has come up with a procedural decision. Now politicians must act accordingly so that Kosovars can finally get the parliament they voted for six months ago,” said in the embassy's statement on RTK.
Also called for finding a feasible solution within the constitutional deadline, as well as for building a consensus that will end the political blockade.
“We expect a feasible solution within the deadline and call on all political actors to act towards a compromise,” completes the response.
We remember that the Constitutional Court today has declared some of the recent Kosovo Assembly hearings invalid and has called for the fulfillment of constitutional procedures for the election of the Speaker of the Assembly.
