“The UN and the Kosovo business community, which has always been at the side of the homeland, will strongly support this peaceful protest because injustice to Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi, Rexhep Selimi and their companions is injustice to our own history and our very freedom. We cannot remain silent when those who brought us freedom are being treated as guilty. We cannot become deaf to the pain of their families. This is not just the legal battle ʹ it is the battle for truth, for our national dignity and for the right future of Kosovo”, Sahin said.
Sahin from the UN calls on all of Kosovo's businesses, owners, workers and honest citizens to join their hearts and a clear conscience in this justice protest on August 7th.
Because when injustice becomes law resistance becomes a duty; because without rescuers we wouldn't have freedom; because our silence today could be tomorrow's sentence of history”, the head of the GDP said. /Periscope/
