Gashi: Use of Serbian material in Special, grave violation of justice ão Parliament to act

The KLA's OVL has invited all Albanians to take part in the protest against, as they call it, the arbitrate of the Special Racist Court in The Hague against Kosovo's military and political leaders being tried in The Hague and their fellow fighters. And as the catalyst for organizing this protest yes [...]
And as the catalyst for organising this protest is considered the fact that the Special Court has recently accepted, both evidence of 1,000 files by Serbia's MUP and other security agencies, as well as from Serbia.
Regarding these evidence, LDK's sworn deputy, Arben Gashi, has also reacted.
Through a Facebook post, Gashi says that using these documents as “tested” in courts against Kosovo citizens is not only against justice, but also against any fundamental principle of the rule of law and international law.
“Taking and using materials produced by the depressive institutions of the former Yugoslavia and later Serbia as evidence in the Specialised Chambers constitutes serious violation of the right to a fair and impartial trial”, he wrote.
Among other things, he says the Assembly of Kosovo has the responsibility to act on this issue, as he emphasises, establishing specific laws banning the use of materials produced by Serbia's Repressive institutions as evidence in local or international courts that have jurisdiction over Kosovo, and, according to him, formalising the Law for Specialised Chambers, as well as, if necessary, the Criminal Code and Procedure.
Kosovo needs true justice, not manipulated and exported from Belgrade”, the MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo writes away.
