Gashi through a post on the social network Facebook has said the Constitution has confirmed the violation on the part of Avni Dehar, clarifying that the same candidate cannot be voted more than three times, that MPs cannot hide and should take part in the vote, as well as that the vote is open to citizens.
According to Gashi, this decision is “a slap on those who think the rules are only for others”, adding that democracy is maintained on law enforcement, not on “procedural games”.
