According to Ferizaj Regional Police, driver L.Q. 19-year-old BMW-type car and foreign license plates have been banned by taking part in illegal races and fined 1,000 euros.
Next driver, Y.T. (19 years) as well as in a BMW vehicle with foreign license plates, has been caught racing and fined 500 euros, preventing the right to run a vehicle in Kosovo for 12 months, additional 500 euros in fines, and safeguard clauses (6 months, due to an earlier active move (10.08 09.11.2025), and car seizures.
Police appeal to all drivers to comply with communications rules, with the goal of maintaining the safety of traffic participants. /Periscope/
