Germany's Albanian-state suspect has been arrested, since the same while driving has caused the accident by hitting the motorcycle which was leading the Kosovo male victim, who has passed away at the scene. At the prosecutor's decision, the lifeless body was sent to the IML for organisation, while the suspect was sent to the holding, police reported.
