It's about the 34-year-old F.J. from the village of Museum, the Suhareka municipality, with a temporary stay in Italy.
“Extradition has been carried out under the international arrest warrant issued by the Constitutional Court in Prizren for the attempted criminal work “attempted murder”, according to Article 146 concerning the 20 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code (KPK). The same with almighty bias (from 16,02,2019) by the Constitutional Court in Prizren has been sentenced to twenty months in prison, but the same has avoided the suffering of sentence”, the statement said.
It suggests that the extradited one has been handed over by competent Italian authorities at the “Adem Jashari” International Airport in Pristina, where he has been admitted by police officials from the Suhareka Police Station, and was then sent to the Para-burg Centre.
