In her letter, Emine Erdogan welcomes Melanie Trump “with genuine love and respect” and claims that her frank conversation and kind hospitality during their meeting at the White House in Washington, despite the fact that they have spent six years since then, remain alive in her memory.
Emine Erdogan says that during the dinner they had eaten and the walk in the garden, she had the feeling that Melanie has a sensitivity to current issues and that this sensitivity is reflected in the letter recently written to Russian President Vladimir Putin about Ukrainian children.
