The Kosovo Assembly was left without the deputy leader coming from the Serb community.
In spite of that, Chief Prime Minister Dimal Basha closed the work of the Kosovo Assembly Constituent Assembly.
But, former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani for Tve1, says Kosovo's Assembly is not constitutionalised without the election of all vice-presidents.
The entire procedure followed for electing vice-presidents is contrary to the Kosovo Constitution, the Parliament's Rule and Constitutional Court Act. From changing the agenda to casting lots and unable to run the Serbian candidate from the majority of Serbian deputies in the Kosovo Assembly. There is no constitutional constitution without the election of chairman and all vice-presidents”, said former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani.
That the Constituent hearing is still not considered closed, the House Editors say.
The last “contacts (read: “setting”) of the mayors have no legal value. This entire political non-sens can already be chosen only by the Court whether with the fulfillment of the collapse of the constitution within the 30-day term, or with invalid proclamation and repetition of voting procedure for the vice-presidents of the communities”, KDI researcher Eugen Cakoli said.
But, by LVV, they say the fourth point of the agenda has already been consumed.
Otherwise, even the LDK's PDK after the end of the session have indicated that the Kosovo Assembly has not yet been constitutionalised.
