According to Italian media, the event was revealed after denouncing former employee the suspect, who reportedly had been subjected to repeated demands for extortion by 30 years for more than two years.
The required sums ranged from 2,500 to 4,000 euros, at intervals of 30 to 40 days and fines, and associated with clear threats of physical harm, or damage to company agricultural vehicles.
Following the announcement, authorities launched investigations and action with a controlled surrender. Albania's last request has been worth 1400 euros.
The operation took place in a parking lot next to a well - known bar in the province, in the presence of police personnel, who also conducted evidence records. The young man was detained shortly after he received the money and was arrested in French.
After the end of the formalities, the suspect was sent to Ragusa Prison and made available to the Public Prosecutor at the Ragusa Court for a measure of security and further investigation./Periscopi/
