Local residents confirmed via videos and photos on social networks that they heard sounds of drones and the activism of air defence, while seeing large flames involving the refinery object.
Meanwhile, reports of explosions and air defence interventions have also come from Lipetsk and Voronez regions.
According to the Russian Defence Ministry, 121 Ukrainian fears have been destroyed or seized by defence systems in a total of 15 different regions of Russia./Periscopi/
