We remember that the Constitutional Court published the Act on Constituent Session. According to Action, the Assembly should be constitutionalised within 30 days and the right of the proposal for the chief commander belongs to the Vetevendosje Movement.
The bias limits to only three votes of candidacy for Parliament's chairman.
