In the Court's decision it was found that the head of the session, Avni Dehari, violated the Constitution, which was followed by a public attack by Mihali, which did not stop with just criticism of the institution as a whole but mentioned constitutional judges by name, even called “captured”.
According to her, the “Constitutional Court is serving the PDK today and 2014”.
However, her strong stand did not last long. Without giving any explanation, Mihali closed her Facebook account, the platform she has repeatedly used for public attacks every time the power faces criticism or decisions she dislikes. /Periscope/
