According to the Kosovo Police, the suspect has escaped in an unknown direction, while the abandoned car has been found and seized about threekm from the scene.
The victim was sent for medical treatment, and according to the doctor's report, there was no physical injury except concern.

After receiving information about the kidnapping, police units have come to the scene where they interviewed the complainer and the witness, who have announced that an unnamed suspect has kidnapped the mentally disabled minor by car who was on the street near her home.
The complainer, along with the witness, has taken the car and managed to stop it and take the victim they sent home.
Suspect escaped unknown.
Police units have located and seized the abandoned car about 3km from the scene. The victim has been sent for medical treatment, the same has had no physical injuries according to the doctor's report, but only concern. Case being investigated./Periscopi/
