According to her, 5 out of the seven judges were elected in 2018 by the coalition. PAN and the Serbian List, which, according to Mihali, directly affects decision-making. She has named the judges and their former sponsors.
Mihali has accused the Constitutional Court of trying to take over the Vetevendosje Movement! The right to propose the Speaker of the Parliament, remembering that in the past this right has been recognised to the winner of the election when the PDK was, even though with only 27% of the vote.
