The Foundation Court in Gjilan on Monday came up with a clarification saying Mefail Shkodra had active materials, but in the past he had been convicted of three criminal acts that were completed.
On the other hand, Pristina's Constitutional Court provided clarification yesterday for the release of Mefail and Edonis Shkodra, where it said they had offered a parcel in which there were two constructed objects and met the bail demanded by Kosovo Special Prosecutor for the value of 70 thousand euros, 50,000 for Mefail Shkodra and 20 thousand for his son, Edony.

Kosovo's special prosecutor in a issued communiqué said Mefail Shkodra had been released after there were no more conditions for continuing his detention, but that the same is being investigated for two cases.
Regarding the triple murder, Kosovo Police Inspectorate on Monday, August 11th suspended four police officials.
