From July 28th, Specialised Chambers in The Hague have emerged on summer vacation.
Thus, even the court process against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, has been paused.
But summer break is over.
The official calendar of Specialised Chambers suggests that the judicial process in the “Thaci subject and the others” will follow from 15 September onward.
On September 15th, the presentation of the defence evidence will also begin, as well as is scheduled for witnesses to be invited.
Returning to regular sessions will take place after some developments. First, the defence request was refused, continuing custody of former KLA leaders.
Later, Hashim Thaci was limited to visits by family members, saying it is necessary to prevent Thaci's possible efforts reportedly to prevent judicial procedures in his case and to “Rastin 6”./Periscopi/
