Pristina, 21.08.2025 -The Founding Prosecutor in Pristina/Pristina/Department for the Crime/Unitment Against Economic Crime and Corruption Reports Public Opinion, that under its duties and responsibilities in combating corruption and criminal acts against official office, by the date 21.08.2025 has banned two persons under the prosecutor's decision because of criminal acts “the marriage of Ryshfettt” by Article 421x> and <2x> Kerqum use of office or official authority<3x> from the 4th Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The detained persons are public officials who allegedly, with the intention of illegally benefiting themselves from property, from the injured have demanded and accepted a certain amount of money (crash), in a way that damaged them to pass their theoretical driver's patent test, with what after giving a certain amount of money in the form of a bribe, the same has passed the theoretical test.
The 48-hour ban has been imposed on the suspects, while within the legal terms the State Prosecutor will take the necessary procedural actions.
The State Prosecutor announces the public opinion that he remains committed to combating crime and corruption, as well as to take all legal acts to prevent such criminal acts, as well as to sending them to the Court of any perpetrators of these acts.
