The Constitution highlights the violations of leader Avni Dehari, with his repeated actions.
The explanation is at 126th point.
“126. Following the elaboration, the Court notes that in the hearings held for the constitutionalisation within the 30 (thirty) daily deadlines following the act's entry into force in the KO124/25 case, respectively, from 27 June to 26 July 2025 has failed to have the candidate for Parliament Speaker voted. As a result, the Court estimates that the editor's repeated actions to develop and co-ordinate the Seance Constituite's compliance with the Court Act in the KO124/25 case constitute the overstepping of formal and solemn competencies related to the order of Seance Constuive's Day, which has simultaneously followed the failure of the Convention under the definition of paragraph 1 in the 66, in combination with paragraphs 2, and 4 of the 67th Constitution<1>, the judgment is said.
