Following the failure of Slavko Simay, the Serbian List refused to propose another, Periscopi broadcasts.
The Speaker of the Parliament, Dimal Basha, continued with the cast procedure, but despite the withdrawal of several names from the Serbian List and the other Serbian MP, Nenad Raspic, the necessary number of votes was still not reached.
The last to appear in the vote was the acting minister in the Kurti Government, Nenad Rassic, who received only 55 votes -- which are not enough to make vice president.
Basha decided to interrupt this session and continue on Thursday.
