With the publication of this Act, a 30-day term for the constitution goes into effect.
The court has stressed that MPs are obliged not later than 30 days to complete the Constituent session by choosing the Speaker and Vice President of the Parliament.

According to the Constitution, because the so-called sessions have not been held in accordance with the bias in the case of KO124/25, the process must be restored to the remaining phase, while hearings from June 27th through July 26th have been declared invalid.
The following “, the Court again highlights the principles and standards that concern the implementation of the Constitutional Court's decisions. As noted earlier, the Rheexic Court that disrespecting the Constitutional Court's decisions constitutes disrespect for the Constitution. Therefore, in the sense of failing to comply with the Constitutional Court's decisions, as confirmed by the Venice Commission, the measures taken to implement the Constitutional Court decisions are legitimate, (see paragraph 69 of CDL-AD Opinion (2017) 003). In the concrete circumstances of the case, the Court estimates that, for the fact that the so-called hearings were not conducted according to the Act in the KO124/25 case, the process must be returned to the remaining phase. For this reason, the Court emphasises that the continuation of Seance Constituite with the aim of constitutionalising and functioning the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament is in accordance with its Constitution and spirit and that the continuation of Seanca Constituy is considered necessary so that the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo as a representative body, lawmaker and overseer is fully operational in the exercise of the constitutional mandate.”, says Article 132 of this Constitutional Act./Periscopi/
