After full publishing of the Constitutional Court's act, today at 11:00 p.m. it continues for the 55th time of the Kosovo Constitutional Court's constitutional hearings.
According to the indictment, the Court reportedly remembers that through the June 26th 2025 Act regarding the term for constitutionalisation of the Parliament found that “The Convention Constituve Office is a constitutional act that must be successfully fulfilled within 30 days by the date of the official declaration of election results, through the fulfillment of all essential elements of the constitution, including the election of mayor and vice presidents.
And the process of restoring the Kosovo Assembly has remained in the mayor's election.
The Vetevendosje movement as the party with the largest percentage of votes in the last elections insists on Albulen Hadziu's name for chairman.
To The PDK, the AAK's LDK, is unacceptable, as according to them it is not unifying.
Until the AAK's PDK seeks to replace the candidate for top parliamentary, LVVI emphasises that as a party with the largest percentage of votes, they have the right to present the candidate they want.
On the other hand, the LDK has declared that they will not vote on any LVV name for chairman of the Assembly. /Periscope/
