In the act pronounced on August 8th, the Constitution said that the chairman of the session, Avni Dehari, has not acted on the previous trial of this June 26th court, adding that all hearings held from June 27th to July 6th “are deemed invalid.
The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has ordered the chairman of the Constitutional Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo's Constitutional Assembly session to proceed with the 3rd point of the Seanca Constituve agenda, approved on April 8th 2025, and to invite the representative of the largest parliamentary group to propose the candidate/responsion/head of the Republic of Kosovo, which is elected through open voting, which can only be realised 3 (three times) for the same candidate/one.
