Why is the Constitution not publicizing the full judgment on the Assembly?

The Constitutional Court has not yet fully published its decision about the constitution of the Parliament, where it ordered that the Speaker of the Parliament be elected by an open vote and a candidate be voted only three times. The Constitution gave its reasoning, but without showing when to publish it completely.
