According to Colak, the biggest disaster and error lies with incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurtti, who, according to him, has accepted the Ohrid Annex and the draft association status imposed on European powers, after saying the Kosovo negotiating team could not change anything in it.
The “since the 2006 Brussels Agreement has been reached to date, that agreement has been recycled, the general principles of association that Isa Mustafa had accepted, and which then some of them fell from the Constitution, which was good that it was additional guarantees that whenever the new draft of the same one was to be drafted would not be able to affect the institutional, unitar functioning of Kosovo within<1>.
The “unfortunately all these guarantees have been rejected and ignored as a whole with the acceptance of Brussels' last basic agreement by Kurti and the Ohrid annex. And the worst is when Kurti has accepted the draft agreement on association imposed by the main European powers without having the Kosovo negotiating team change anything in its” content, Colak said in Rubik.
