Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Vlora Citaku has said that this party expects the Constitutional Court to professionally address the demand made by them and thus pave the way for resolving the institutional stalemate KPK has introduced the party-state country.
Citaku has also stated that attacks on independent institutions are unacceptable, especially when they come from the highest levels of the state.
We, despite the undeniable truth that there were decisions of the Constitutional Court that have not gone well with us, respected them. Because the liberal democratic system is based on the division of powers, on respecting procedures and constitutional order, it has said, among other things.

Institutions are far greater and more important than individuals who temporarily exercise power through them.
We may have disagreements with proper names, but under any circumstances the integrity and authority of institutions should be maintained.
If there is evidence of subversive and unconstitutional activities by any high official, they must be dealt with seriously through competent mechanisms.
The attacks on independent institutions, especially when coming from the highest levels of the state, are unacceptable.
We, despite the undeniable truth that there was a Constitutional Court ruling that did not suit us, respected them. Because the liberal democratic system is based on the division of powers, on respecting procedures and constitutional order.
We expect the Constitutional Court to professionally address the PDK's request and pave the way for resolving the institutional stalemate where the party-state has introduced the country.
