Citaku visits Thaci: The head up and the soul unbroken, for them freedom was privilege but duty and for them they gave everything

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Vlora Citaku has visited former President Hashim Thaci in The Hague. She said Thaci was with upstairs, soul unbroken, eyes that don't avoid anyone or anything. Citaku also wrote that, this is no surprise to him, since Thaci and former KLA leaders are not [...]
Chitaku also wrote that, this is no surprise to him, since Thaci and the former KLA leaders are not ordinary, since, as PDK deputy said, among other things, they do not build a state from nothing, giving their people freedom and a secure future.
They're in custody today, but they're not prisoners. Because the walls cannot stop free spirit. Because truth is faster than any court decision. And because freedom, like the sun, doesn't stop by the clouds, she always finds the crack to explode into light, she wrote among others.

Today, like many other times, in The Hague, near our deliverers.
Where time seems to go slower, but their dignity grows daily. I met President Thaci. I asked him about his friends. It's always the same story: head up, soul unbroken, eyes that never escapes anything and nothing.
To me, it is neither surprising nor surprising. Because they're not ordinary. The ordinary do not cross the border with just a bag on their shoulders and an ideal heart. The ordinary don't start the war when they know they have a much larger war machine in front of them. The ordinary do not build a state of nothing, giving their people freedom and a secure future.
And no, it's not fate. No one granted their fate, they wrote it themselves, with bold choice, heavy like lead, but fair and white as light.
Even here, in The Hague, none of them deal with the victim's mentality. On the contrary, they stand as men who are clean and proud, facing the final challenge as dignified as the first battles.
Because for them, freedom was, not words, but blood. It wasn't a privilege, it was a duty. And for him, they gave everything. They are continuing to give, unable to throw a handful into the graves of their lifelong parents.
They're in custody today, but they're not prisoners. Because the walls cannot stop free spirit. Because truth is faster than any court decision. And because freedom, like the sun, doesn't stop by the clouds, she always finds the crack to explode into the light.
So yes, the sun will rise again! )
