Charged for attack on KFOR, Milos Antovovic, admits guilt

Special Prosecution and Milos Antovic, charged with attacking KFOR, have reached agreement on admitting guilt. According to the indictment handed over to the Pristina Foundation Court, Antovic is charged with four criminal acts: “Attack on the official person”, “A crowd taking action that committed criminal work ♫ hooliganism”, “Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sale” [...]
According to the indictment handed over to the Pristina Foundation Court, Antovic is charged with four criminal acts: “Attacking the official person”, “Taking part in the crowd performing criminal work ) hooliganism”,
“Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized narcotics sale” and unauthorized possession of weapons”.
So Antovich, known as “Jaya”, emerged on March 30th of this year.
Antovic has said before the judges he is aware that by means of his agreement with the prosecution he has pleaded guilty and has given up the right to fair trial, calling witnesses and presenting evidence.
Antovic is charged with the May 29th 2023 attack in Zvecan, where several KFOR soldiers and members of the Kosovo Police were injured.
The alleged “agrees to plead guilty of assault on the official person, participation in the mob that committed criminal acts and hooliganism, for purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogic substances, and criminal work holding unauthorized weapons property<1>, prosecutor Bekim Codraliu has said.
The defence has said that with a five-year prison sentence and a 30 thousand-euro fine met the purpose of the sentence. Antovic's lawyer has proposed that the cash fine be paid in installments.
